Gino Marconi
Gino Marconi has been working in the compliance engineering field for more than 30 years. During his career, he has vast experience in laboratory testing, product design, prototype building, construction evaluations, and design reviews.Gino began his journey at UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and was responsible for the coordination and completion of engineering reports and analyzed laboratory test data. He also conducted test procedures which involved trouble shooting and repair of analog and complex digital circuitry at component level. Throughout his career, Gino has become well versed in numerous Standards for a wide variety of products for both UL and CSA.
Over the years, Gino has accumulated unmatched levels of expertise in compliance. He has experience in R&D/Test Engineering, Field Service Engineering and Electronic Engineering. Over the past four years, Gino honed his skills at Intertek as an Engineer, specializing in lighting, where he became the resident expert on LEDs. Gino also has extensive knowledge in obtaining the CE Mark and the CB Scheme and is certified in Universal Refrigerants.
